We met with Krystal and Brett in Audubon Park, New Orleans for an engagement session the day before their wedding. They flew down from New York for a destination wedding in Nola, and it was a blast getting to know them before their big day.

Audubon Park is the perfect setting for an outdoor engagement session. We met Krystal and Brett at the Tree of Life, a famous New Orleans landmark. This giant oak tree really is a wonder to behold and the impressive roots make the perfect place to sit and pose for photos. It could be seen as a metaphor for the special bond between a married couple—rising above all else and rooting deeper as time goes on.

It was a beautiful day for an engagement session with clear blue skies and mild weather. Exploring Audubon Park together was such a great way to get to know each other and kick off a weekend of wedding festivities!
