After getting behind on blogging the last couple of months, what better of a way than to kick things back into high gear with these two beautiful souls on their special day. We met Kaitlin and Jordan last year and immediately clicked with them, and adored watching them be so enamored with each other. There is evidence of tremendous respect and love for the other, something we love seeing in our couples.

Kaitlin and Jordan’s big day in New Orleans finally came and it was perfect. It was early spring, things were beginning to bloom and the warm sun was shining down on everything. We arrived to the girls and guys getting ready at their respective locations and were greeted warmly by everyone, and excitement that bubbled over. Kaitlin and Jordan got ready surrounded by their closet friends and family, and Kaitlin shared a special moment with her dad, a first look before the ceremony later that day. Cue the tears…

After hopping on our transportation to take some fun group photos and bridal shots of Kaitlin, it was time to head over to the ceremony at Il Mercato, where quite possibly the most emotionally driven and heart touching vows would be witnessed. During the ceremony, there wasn’t a dry eye anywhere. Jordan was overcome with emotion as he saw Kaitlin turn the corner to walk down the aisle, just completely stunned by her beauty. Their vows were filled with personal promises and sweet memories shared. These are the moments we look to capture on a wedding day. The real, authentic moments back by truth and love. After saying “I Do’, Kaitlin and Jordan happily walked together hand in hand as husband and wife. We broke off for just a bit to take a few couples portraits of them before it was time to celebrate into the night with all of their family and friends. We were honored to be a part of such a beautifully and emotionally driven day.
