Wedding Elopement In New Orleans Louisiana

“Here’s to all the places we went. Here’s to all the places we’ll go.”

This day with these two was amazing in so many ways. Brian and Jade live in London and flew in to New Orleans to elope and felt that having a loose plan for the day was best, and we couldn’t have agreed more.

We met them at their Airbnb nestled cozily in the quarter, and immediately hit it off with these two. We hung out in the studio apartment for a bit, just chilling together and chatting about where we all grew up and how we made it to where we are today. Oh, and also admiring Jade’s killer outfit. And what about those amazing boots?! Jade, you have set the bar my friend. We learned Brian is originally from Ireland while Jade is from Melbourne, but together they create one amazing dynamic duo that kept us rolling throughout the afternoon.

We decided to take a walk around the neighborhood, and capture the essence of New Orleans, and then came time to head to City Park to make all of this official. We found a quiet spot in the park (perks of getting married on a Sunday) and watched Brian and Jade vow to be each others support and love for the rest of their lives together. It was one of the sweetest elopements we had the privilege of witnessing. After signing the marriage licenses, we strolled around the park enjoying the quiet and Jade and Brian had the chance to phone their parents right after they were officially married. Their family’s excitement was wonderful to witness. We hopped back in our car and headed back to the quarter where we walked some more and wandered the streets a bit as the sun fell. It was such a privilege showing Brian and Jade around one of our favorite cities, watching them soak in all the sounds and colors everywhere you looked. These two are so in love with each other and it was clear as day. What an honor to be a part of such a milestone in your lives. Thanks again for having us, and we hope our paths cross soon!
