We showed up on one of the most beautiful spring days to the loveliest of ceremonies nestled in the middle of a cluster of massive oak trees, peppered with happy and ecstatic guests and family. The wind was breezing by, sweeping the moss that draped from the oaks, only making the scene so much more romantic. As the ceremony began, Louise blew everyone away with her presence and it was just so touching watching the two look at each other so lovingly.

We absolutely love it when couples write their own vows. It’s so much more personal and touching. So much more truthful. After exchanging vows, we snapped a few family photos and headed over to where the cocktail hour was being held as we awaited the reception to be set up to completion.

After spending some time watching guests enjoy themselves with a refreshing drink as the afternoon bled into evening, we all made our way through the garden maze to the reception, where everyone would soon be having the time of their lives on the dance floor and spending quality time with family, friends and the lovely bride and groom, Louise and Scott. As dusk approached, we mentioned to Scott and Louise that it would be the perfect time for portraits with just the two of them, so we ran away from the crowd and just hung out together. It was just pure magic. Everything they did, they did with grace and love.

We can’t thank Louise and Scott enough for having us there with them on such an amazing day, filled with so much greatness. You two are incredible and congratulations again! We hope our paths cross again in the future.
