Hermann Grima House Wedding New Orleans: Meg and David
What an honor it was to be a part of such a special day shared between two very special people. We had met Meg and David about a month prior to the wedding day on their engagement session, and we were eagerly awaiting their big day. We were blown away.
We met them both at the Royal Sonesta as they got ready separately alongside their closest friends and family. After a couple of hours of wedding prepping, it was time to head over to the Hermann-Grima House where their ceremony would be held, and their first look was planned to take place. David’s reaction to seeing Meg for the first time in her gorgeous wedding dress was priceless. You can tell how much he truly loves her by the way he looks at her. And Meg was such a stunning bride for her wedding day. We hung out in the courtyard for a bit and took a few photos of just Meg and David, followed by family formals just prior to the ceremony.
Their ceremony was nothing short of beautiful. One of their close friends married them under the beautiful floral arch made for them, and it was such an honor to witness these two promise to be the best spouse they can possibly be for each other. Immediately following the ceremony was a brief cocktail hour followed by a second line, where Meg, David and all their friends and family danced in the streets of New Orleans to the lively jazz music that guided them to their reception. What an event. Everyone danced through the night, surrounded by such happy people. Thanks for having us guys! It truly was a blast!
