“Together is a beautiful place to be.”

What a wedding this was. Late last year, Demetria and Gabe tied the knot in one of the most unique cities, New Orleans, Louisiana. This was a destination wedding for them, but since Gabe is from New Orleans and the two have such fond memories of the city, having a wedding there was a no brainer. So friends and family flew in from all over the country and Belize to celebrate their big day. And it was definitely a party.

Demetria got ready with her closest friends and family at the Melrose Mansion, just outside of the Quarter. Everyone there had a great time, sipping on champagne, hanging out and prepping for the big day. Gabe and his groomsmen got ready at the Windsor Court Hotel and once it was time for the ceremony, everyone in the bridal party hopped onto a trolley and rode over to Marche in the Quarter. Their ceremony was absolutely beautiful with the light from the sunset behind them pouring in through the windows, and everyone present was overjoyed to be celebrating such a big moment in both their lives.

Immediately following the ceremony, we ran outside with the couple for a few portraits of them as the sun set on the water. After walking a couple of blocks in the streets and watching the sun set, we went back upstairs in Marche where friends and family had the time of their lives eating great food, dancing the night away and enjoying possibly the most energetic second line we’ve ever seen. We loved hanging with these two and wish them the best! Congratulations Demetria and Gabriel!
