Baton Rouge Wedding Photographer:
To say it couldn’t have been a prettier day is truly an understatement. The air was warm, sun beaming eagerly on everything in sight and a breeze that surprisingly kept you cool when you least expected it. Baton Rouge, Louisiana has a close-nit community feel and it showed as everyone came together for Sydni and Baret’s special day.
Sydni and her closest friends gathered together at the Renaissance Hotel close by the venue, while Baret and his pals hung out across town at their humble abode, in the Garden District. Games, music and laughter pretty much filled up their morning and early afternoon as everyone prepared for what was to come that evening.
As we entered into the LSU Hilltop Arboretum, we were greeted by the sweetest establishment filled with tiny greenhouses, flowers, a quaint lake and trees everywhere. You would never think a place like this rests in the city, but it truly does. and it was amazing. Sydni and Baret shared their first look under the oak tree where they would later vow to spend the rest of their life loving each other, supporting the other and standing by their side for such a long time to come. The ceremony was nothing short of moving, and after spending some time taking photos with just the two of them, the party was waiting for them. Their reception was filled with joy, grins, a beer garden (seriously, how cool is that?!) and some killer dance moves.
We could not have had a better time with these two, and hope our paths cross in the near future once more. Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Bercier!
